Our program will run for 8 weeks.
Participants will be split into teams of 5-7 women. Teams will meet on Mondays
at 6:45pm and Wednesdays at 6:00pm for 1 hour personal training sessions. (16
hours of Group Personal Training!)
Each team will have a Fitness Plus
Trainer who will motivate you to participate in existing club activities, stick
with the weight loss program and complete the weekly challenges. They will make
sure you are instructed on how to reduce your caloric intake and motivate you
towards your weight loss goal.
The cost of the program is only
$279+HST for members. This includes individual and team tracking, ongoing
support, weekly weigh-ins with weight loss and exercise coaching.
(When we last ran this program The
biggest loser lost 18.8 lbs and the average weight loss amongst the
participants was 11.4 lbs. WOW!)
NON-MEMBERS can enter the program
for only $379+HST. This payment includes a membership which allows you to use
the Fitness Plus facilities for two (2) months. Following the two months, you
can roll into any membership without paying an administration fee. Now that’s a

trainer and founder of The New York Pilates Studio®. Pilates involves a series
of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind. It was initially
created for rehabilitation, but was later adopted by dancers and athletes and
is now utilized by millions to improve their strength and fitness level. A beginner class generally
consists of very gentle exercises done on a mat in either a sitting or lying
down position; the level of difficulty and subsequent benefits increase with
experience. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing,
core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body which is strong and supple with a
flatter stomach and a strong back.
